DFI Summary
DFI -Digital Fluency Intense Course.
It was an amazing journey. I have discovered myself through this journey in terms of my professional career. Each week was a Treasure box. So I have actually bookmarked all the DFI weekly agendas so I can always go back to refer back.
Manaiakalani Opportunities are always something to look forward to in the future to share our knowledge and experiences and also grow.
Finally the TEST - I recommend all the educators to have a go at it if they haven't done the test yet. No doubt it is very intense, but we can feel how the learners feel during the exams. To add on, it is an opportunity to check our understanding and also to figure out my where to next steps.
Great thank you to all the DFI team_ amazing facilitators and always with a big smile and ready to guide us.
Looking forward to meeting some of them at my school.

My Reflections - Week 8
In today's session, I've learnt about how the word 'Agency' was replaced by "Empowered' and all reasons behind it. Having a robust framework create opportunities for the learners to become lifelong learners. It also enables them to actually dream outside their zone, set their goals and make their own pathways to achieve them.
